ladies and gents.
i have a confession to make.
i was feeling super BLAH and decided to do something about it. i started the
insanity workout.
mr. shaun t is kicking my ass. for the next 2-3 months.
i'm actually doing the missDTM version of the insanity. after a week of doing the workout, i realized that i was gaining results but also possibly jacking up my knee. so now i am doing an every other day/sometimes take 2 days off version of the insanity (with a knee brace, of course!). and it's working.
it's really really working.
i have never sweated so much in my life.
i have never smelled so terrible after a workout before.
and...i've never been so excited about a set of workouts before in my life.
and this is coming from a girl who endured field hockey practice in late august when it was 100+ degrees outside as well as track runs in 6 inches of snow.
i have never been so challenged by a workout in my life.
